Double Kettlebell Safety Grips

When you work with double kettlebells, you always want to make sure that you employ the flat hand or racking safety grip to protect the fingers from getting caught between the handles.

The first grip is the flat hand grip, the hand remains straight/flat. The second grip is the racking safety grip, the fingers are tucked behind the handle. Both grips protect the fingers.
