What is Kettlebell Sport?

Kettlebell sport is a variety of disciplines in which one can compete as an amateur and all the way up to professional. The sport can be performed at home, in the gym, garage, together with friends, online, or at competitions, both locally and globally. There are different disciplines one can compete in, different rules across organizations, and lots of great people all across the world that participate.

Kettlebell sport is great for discipline, for being focused, and not having too many things to learn. There is a lot to learn about the exercises, but unlike working out with kettlebells where there is a whole range of exercises to learn, with the sport there is only a set number of exercises and that’s great to be able to really focus on and master the exercises.
