Kettlebell Exercise Information

Perform this kettlebell flow on one side and then the other. As the last exercise is with double-arm, you release one hand, regrip, and perform the first exercise but on the other side, and continue the flow on the side.


Slow tempo:

4RPM for the Terraflow at a fast tempo.

Fast tempo:

5RPM for the Terraflow at a fast tempo.
