Kettlebell Exercise Information

This variation of the assisted clean is a great progression to the dead clean. Although the dead clean is a straight path up and down and this one is a swing, it's easier and allows for a smoother transition into the next phase of the clean progressions.

The most common position for a kettlebell to be cleaned during kettlebell work and with the least amount of effort is just in front. The kettlebell is then pulled into the backswing and cleaned up into racking. Bringing the kettlebell back to the ground should be done in the reverse of how it came up.
