Solution

Pull the weight all the way to the back and let the arm connect to the body but does not create an impact that causes the kettlebell to bob.

Description

This common mistake applies mostly to swings performed with a hip hinge. For example, a swing that starts from dead on each rep or just the first rep, a clean, or even a snatch.
