Abuse or violation of our rules may lead to a permanent ban without notice. Paying members will receive a warning and a ban on a second warning without a refund.
Abuse
Abuse of the system is considered any of the following:
- Using HTML fields for the sole purpose of external link-building
- Nudity (photos or videos)
- Cursing (in videos or text)
- Inciting violence (in videos or text)
- Displaying hated (in videos or text)
- Using the system with the sole intention of seeking romantic relationships
- Using the system to build your own external client base
- Promoting your services
This does not exclude any other violations mentioned in our terms and conditions or listed elsewhere for the relevant service.
Link Building
Suppose you are submitting data for a certain event or video link but are linking to an advertising page or anything other than is relevant and are doing that to drive traffic or increase your links. In that case, you are abusing the system.
Building Your Client Base
Attempting to build your client base from our audience is only allowed for IKU™ Kettlebell Certified trainers while being a paying member and should not be any of the following:
- A similar system/application to ours
- Membership
- Buying kettlebell workouts
If you meet the required criteria then you are allowed to:
- Sell your workouts via this website
- Sell customized programming that does not involve AI
- Sell your online coaching services which involve the IKU™ Coaching System
- Sell in-person training
